Job summary

Pavion is seeking a Warehouse Assistant to join our Security business unit. You will manage inventory, track project materials, and coordinate pickups and deliveries to support AWS project operations.

You will be the link between procurement, vendors, project management, and field operations, ensuring materials are available, records are accurate, and delays are minimized through efficient logistics and warehouse support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of warehousing experience.
• Proven proficiency in MS OfficeSpecifically Outlook, Excel, Word.
• MS Teams experience (Chat, create and/or attend necessary virtual meetings).
• Proven ability to resolve problems and the understanding when to elevate.
• Proven communication skills.

Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Warehouse Assistant to join our Security business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for managing inventory, tracking project materials, and coordinating pickups and deliveries to support AWS project operations.
• Ensures materials are available when needed, maintains accurate inventory records, and helps prevent project delays by providing efficient logistics and warehouse support.
• Serves as a critical link between procurement, vendors, project management, and field operations.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 3+ years of warehousing experience
• Proven proficiency in MS Office suite specifically (Outlook, Excel, Word)
• MS Teams experience (Chat, create and/or attend necessary virtual meetings)
• Proven ability to resolve problems and the understanding when to elevate
• Proven communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Proven initiative and self sufficiency

Ability to work in a warehouse environment (standing, walking, lifting up to 50 pounds)

Occasional availability for increased hours based on receiving volume and other coverage duties

Must be able to work on day(s) relating of annual physical inventory

Pay Range: The hourly pay range for this position is $19–$24 per hour. The starting hourly pay will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
