Job summary

Bechtel Lake Charles project is seeking a completions specialist to participate in certification and turnover through construction, commissioning, and handover phases. You will assist with completions documents, inspection requests, and quality assurance reviews to ensure on-time, high-quality turnover to the client.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree with 5–8+ years of relevant experience, strong MS Office skills, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

Knowledge of construction and commissioning processes related to completion and turnover activities.
Proficiency with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with data management and/or database usage.
Excellent attention to detail and proactive information gathering.

Responsibilities

Participates with completions certification and turnover/handover through construction, commissioning, and handover phases.
Incorporates handover requirements from the customer and turnover requirements into the systems completion database.
Monitors the production of contractor certification deliverables and adherence to schedules.
Develops reports as specified by supervision and generates them periodically.
Coordinates plant turnover/handover to end user/client and system completions between on-project parties.
Maintains turnover lists and processes as documented by procedure and directed.
