Responsibilities

• Participates with completions certification and turnover/handover for the project, through construction, commissioning, and handover phases of the program.
• Incorporates handover requirements from the customer and turnover requirements into the systems completion database.
• Monitors production of contractor certification deliverables for quality and schedules.
• Develops reports as specified by supervision and generates on a periodic basis.
• Coordinates plant turnover/handover to end user/client and system completions between on-project parties.
