Job summary

Bechtel is seeking a Lead Turnover Coordinator for the Fab 62 project in Chandler, AZ. You will plan, coordinate, track, and facilitate turnover of completed systems from construction to commissioning, startup, operations, and client.

You will serve as the primary coordinator among construction, field engineering, quality, completions, commissioning, operations, and project management to ensure turnover packages, punch lists, and readiness requirements meet milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent required.
• 8–14 years of relevant work experience if no degree.
• Experience in turnover coordination and field engineering management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, track, and facilitate turnover of completed systems from construction to commissioning, startup, operations, and client.
• Serve as primary coordinator between construction, field engineering, quality, completions, commissioning, operations, and project management.
• Drive system readiness, turnover efficiency, and completion performance throughout the project lifecycle.
