Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field with 1–2 years of timekeeping/payroll experience, or 4–5 years of relevant work experience in lieu of degree.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Labor Relations to input payroll data for craft professionals.
• Enter new hires, terminations, rate and classification changes.
• Onboard project hires and badge for site personnel.
• Verify daily attendance using the eTrack timekeeping system.
• Review and balance daily time records for craft employees.
• Handle badge replacement and timeclock maintenance.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports such as force reports and attendance infractions.
• Distribute payroll checks or direct deposit slips.
• Process time-off requests and call-ins.
• Maintain craft employee files and records.
• Assist construction supervision with crew timesheet maintenance.
• Gate watch at project site and provide payroll-related service.
