Job summary

Evolving Solution Services in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Project Technician to join our team. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00–5:00, with starting pay $19.00–$24.00 per hour based on experience.

You will expedite and complete projects to deliver a safe, functional facility for residents and employees, handling tasks like carpentry, painting, tile, landscaping, and general maintenance. Candidates should have a high school diploma or GED and 3–5 years of handyman/construction

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years handyman, construction or maintenance experience preferred.
• Proficient customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Knowledgeable and skilled in safe use and maintenance of hand and power tools.

Responsibilities

• Expedite and complete assigned projects for the property.
• Deliver a safe, functional, compliant facility for residents and employees.
• Perform general construction, remodeling, carpentry, tile work, painting, power washing and landscaping.
• Maintain professional demeanor with residents, vendors, contractors and fellow employees.
