Job summary

Evolving Solution Services in Missouri is seeking a full-time Project Technician, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with starting pay $20.00–$24.00 per hour depending on experience.

You will expedite and complete projects for designated properties to deliver safe, compliant, and well-built facilities, handling carpentry, painting, landscaping, and related tasks while maintaining professionalism with residents and vendors.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years handyman, construction or maintenance experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions and manuals.
• Knowledge of safe use and maintenance of hand/power tools and measuring devices.

Responsibilities

• Expedite and complete assigned projects to deliver safe, compliant facilities.
• Maintain professional, courteous interactions with residents, vendors and staff; ensure quality workmanship.
