You will diagnose issues, perform safe repairs, and ensure facilities meet high standards. Travel to client sites is required; strong communication and independent work are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; trades certifications preferred.
• 2–5 years of property maintenance experience (electrical, plumbing, carpentry).
• Valid driver\u2019s license and applicable certifications/licenses.
• Ability to perform minor electrical, plumbing, and painting repairs.
• Strong communication and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory compliance (OSHA awareness).
• Proficiency with technology including tablets and smartphones for work order management and reporting.

Join our team as a Commercial Maintenance Technician, providing expert maintenance and repair services to commercial properties across Charlotte, NC. You’ll perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on buildings, equipment, and grounds. Travel to various client sites using company vehicles and tools. Your work will ensure facilities are maintained to the highest standards, creating a safe, functional, and professional environment. Use your multi-trade skills- including carpentry, plumbing, electrical, painting, roofing, and HVAC to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently. Collaborate directly with clients, delivering exceptional service and maintaining positive relationships.

Top Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in trades preferred
