Job summary

NexTech Professional Services is seeking a Systems Admin to join the Project Team. You will diagnose, analyze, and implement IT solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and drive successful IT project implementations across the organization.

You will support clients remotely and on-site, build and upgrade Windows servers, manage AD/Azure/Entra, and configure firewalls and VPNs. MSP experience and strong documentation are highly valued.

Qualifications

• 6+ years computer & network admin support preferred.
• MSP experience is very preferred.
• Computer-related degree or certifications are an advantage but not required.
• Knowledge of Autotask, Datto RMM, ITGlue is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level technical support to clients.
• Build out Hypervisor and ESX environments.
• Build, migrate, and upgrade Windows server environments.
• Configure Windows Server roles (AD, DHCP, DNS, GPO, IIS).
• Configure firewalls (FortiGate, Cisco, SonicWALL).
• Setup VPN and Cisco DUO integration.
• Create detailed documentation of remediation steps.
• Support clients remotely and on-site at locations.
• Demonstrate reliability and ownership in issue resolution.
