Job summary

Caring Transitions of Salt Lake City is seeking a detail-oriented Project Team Lead to oversee daily operations for our senior relocation services. You will manage tasks, track progress, and ensure projects stay within budget while communicating with the team for smooth workflow.

The role is part-time (20–25 hours weekly) with a weekly pay of $500 plus bonuses based on project outcomes. Flexible schedule and a supportive environment are offered to help grow this local business.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one-year supervisory & project experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming work environment with a drive for results and client service supervision.
• Ensure tools and supplies are maintained, replaced, and reach each job site.
• Lead the team in organizing and sorting household items for project scope.
• Work side by side with team members and supervise tasks.
• Know project scopes; organize sorting, distribution, liquidation, donation, resettling, and move.
• Train and supervise team members.
• Report incidents immediately to the Owner and reinforce safety procedures.
• Partner with the Owner for performance reviews, training, and coaching.
• Report daily progress and communicate upcoming project needs.
• Fulfill other responsibilities as needed.

Caring Transitions of Salt Lake City is a localfamily-owned and operated company seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Manager Team Lead to oversee daily operations and ensure smooth workflow for our senior relocation services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for tracking and logging progress, managing daily tasks, keeping projects within budget and communicating with the team to keep everyone informed.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Create a welcoming work environment, demonstrate a drive for results, and go above and beyond in service of the client with minimal supervision
• Ensure all tools and supplies are properly maintained, replaced, and reach each job site
• Lead the Team in the organizing and sorting of household items for the scope of the project.
• Work side by side with team members
• Knowing the scope of projects, these projectscan vary from sort and organizing, distribution, liquidation, donation, resettling, and move
• Train and supervise team members
• The accurate and immediate reporting of all incidents and/or accidents to the Owner.
• Monitor/reinforce safety procedures, assisting in maximizing sales and profit goals while leading by example
• Partner with the owner to conduct performance reviews, ongoing training, coaching, and performance management of team members
• Report daily progress and communicate additionalneeds that the project will have
• Other responsibilities as needed

• Physical/Environmental Requirements:
  • Frequent lifting, bending, moving, climbing occasionally, transporting, placing, and removing household items for staging, liquidation, donation, and resettling
  • Walking andstanding in varying weather environments
