We're looking for a Senior Relocation & Organizing Team Lead who enjoys staying active, helping others, and leading by example. This is a hands‑on role where you'll work alongside the team while also helping coordinate projects and keep everything running smoothly.

What You’ll Do

As a Team Lead, you’ll participate in the same day‑to‑day project work as our team members while taking on additional leadership responsibilities.

You may:

• Guide and support team members on project sites
• Help organize, sort, pack, and prepare household belongings for relocation, donation, or sale
• Assist with client move‑ins and home setup projects
• Help coordinate daily project activities and priorities
• Ensure projects stay organized, efficient, and on schedule
