This role coordinates logistics, assigns tasks, and supports team members through training and hands-on leadership while maintaining safety, organization, and quality. The Team Lead also serves as the main on-site point of contact and a liaison between staff and management, helping ensure clear communication, smooth workflow, and a positive client experience. This position requires strong leadership, flexibility, problem-solving skills, and a customer-focused mindset in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

Responsibilities
