Job summary

HTS Engineering Ltd. is seeking an experienced HVAC Controls Engineer to join our team in Houston, TX.

You will work on building automation systems, integrating low-voltage subsystems, and programming Siemens/Distech software to support project design, installation, and operation. The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in engineering with at least 3 years in HVAC or construction, can communicate complex concepts to non-technical audiences, and is able to travel regularly to support field

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering with at least 3 years of experience.
• Knowledge of construction or HVAC industry.
• Knowledge of control theory and automatic temperature controls.
• Experience with Siemens/Distech Controls software programming.
• Experience integrating low-voltage subsystems using protocols (LON, BACnet, etc.).
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Advanced computer skills, particularly drafting tools.
• Ability to travel regularly.

• Demonstrated advanced computer skills required, particularly computer-related drafting tools.
