Job summary

HarperGC is recruiting for Spring or Summer 2027 for a Project Support Engineer (Intern, Co-op) across multiple locations, including Greenville, SC. The role supports field operations, project management, and preconstruction activities under supervision.

Expect full-time in-person work with typical 40-hour weeks and schedule variability by project needs. Interns gain hands-on experience with managers and estimators, with opportunities in BI, HR, IT, and accounting.

Qualifications

• Ability to build relationships with project teammates and trade partners.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager(s), Estimator, and Superintendent(s).
• Support field staff and assist with on-site construction activities.
• Contribute to safety and quality control efforts.
• Maintain contract documents and changes.
• Assist with project scheduling, bidding, and take-offs when needed.
• Support non-project functions (e.g., marketing, HR, IT) as needed.
