Job summary

RES is seeking an Intern or Co-op Intern to support Field Engineers, shadow operations, and take on unique assignments for larger projects. Internships run for approximately 10 weeks. Candidates must be 18+ and a US citizen.

Responsibilities include safety walks, assisting with documentation, and attending project meetings. Relocation may be required to various project sites; valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Pursuing BS in Construction Management or Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (required).
• Construction experience preferred.
• Travel 76-100% of the time.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Support Field Engineers on assignments and shadow operations.
• Assist in updating project documentation and tracking tools (SharePoint, Procore, client systems).
• Attend project meetings, take minutes, and distribute to the PM team and client as required.
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors to ensure safety and quality on-site.
