Job summary

RES is seeking an Intern or Co-op Intern to assist Field Engineers, shadow on-site operations, and take on assignments that support large projects. Internships are typically 10 weeks long, and candidates must be 18+ and US Citizens.

The role emphasizes safety, documentation, and collaboration, with responsibilities across procurement, RFIs, SWIs, and daily project tracking. Relocation may be required for certain project locations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a BS in Construction Management or Civil, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent) required.
• Construction experience preferred.
• Must be able to travel 76-100% of the time.
• Valid Driver’s License required.

Responsibilities

• Support one or more Field Engineers in project assignments.
• Shadow operations and participate in day-to-day field activities.
• Attend project meetings and document outcomes for the PM team.
• Assist with field documentation using SharePoint, Procore, or client systems.
