Job summary

Harmon, Inc. is offering a Summer Construction Project Management Internship with multiple locations across the United States. You will gain hands-on experience supporting active construction projects while working with seasoned project managers and field leaders.

You will assist with schedules, documentation, subcontractor coordination, and review of drawings and change orders, developing organizational and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Construction Management or related field.
• Junior or Senior standing preferred.
• GPA 3.0 or higher preferred.
• Ability to work full-time during the summer internship.

Responsibilities

• Assist with maintaining project documentation and files.
• Support schedule updates and milestone tracking.
• Develop and manage project correspondence with subcontractors and suppliers.
• Review project documents including shop drawings and change orders.
• Monitor construction schedules and assist with critical path updates.
• Assist with progress payments, change orders, and extra work orders.
• Assist with developing and tracking punch lists.
• Participate in project team and progress meetings and take notes.
