Marketech International Corporation USA is seeking an experienced Supply Chain Department Manager to lead the company's procurement operations, with a primary focus on purchasing procedures and supplier control. This role is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end procurement process — from sourcing and supplier qualification through purchase order execution, contract negotiation, and supplier performance management — ensuring critical materials, equipment, and services are procured compliantly, on time, and within budget to support semiconductor facility construction projects.
The ideal candidate combines strong procurement leadership with hands-on experience in semiconductor or facility-related industries (water/gas/chemical process systems, facility engineering, or project management), and has a proven track record building and managing purchasing teams.
This is a full-time onsite or project-based leadership role supporting semiconductor, high-tech manufacturing, construction, warehouse, and operational environments. Work may include office-based procurement planning, supplier meetings, inventory reviews, logistics coordination, warehouse support, project-status meetings, and executive reporting.
The Procurement Manager must be comfortable managing time-sensitive material requirements, complex supplier relationships, project schedules, and operational risks. The position requires strong collaboration across engineering, manufacturing, logistics, finance, construction, warehouse, and leadership teams in a fast-paced environment.
