Project Coordinator

Work Location / Operating Unit: Pittsburgh CSC, PA

Project Management

• Assist project managers with day-to-day tasks including monitoring project status, collecting project details, gathering samples and photo shoot needs, data entry for specific project needs
• Communicate with packaging designers to ensure they have all resources needed to complete artwork
• Pull assortment line lists from internal system to initiate project tracker tool

Organization

• Support sample organization, create virtual packaging libraries, contribute to system and project tracker organization
• Streamline communication between cross-functional teams by supporting in-meeting attendance and note taking/recapping
• Schedule internal meetings
