American Fuji Seal is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage diverse projects across multiple product lines and customers. You will be the primary contact for project teams and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.

The role requires organized, detail-oriented work, coordinating schedules, and reporting progress. Responsibilities include coordinating requests, managing artwork and pricing, attending meetings, and supporting continuous improvement

Competenze

  • Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred with 3+ years in project coordination or similar role.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office; strong communication across organizational levels.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Ability to interpret measurements using millimeter rulers, calipers, and scales.

Summary/Objective: The Project Coordinator will coordinate and manage the successful execution of various projects for various customers based on needs of the business across multiple product lines. This individual will be the primary contact point for project teams and internal stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and alignment with business goals. The role demands an organized and detail-oriented approach, managing project schedules, collaborating across teams, and tracking progress through regular meetings, reporting, and addressing operational challenges.

Specific Responsibilities And Essential Functions
  • Coordinate and track project requests, product samples, and related activities to ensure timelines and customer expectations are met.
  • Manage project information, artwork, specifications, and pricing requests while ensuring accuracy and timely communication with internal teams.
  • Participate in customer, supplier, and internal project meetings; document key action items and distribute follow-up information as needed.
  • Prepare and maintain project forecasts, reports, metrics, and other business documentation.
  • Collect, analyze, and report project and operational data to support planning and decision-making.
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities to support new product launches, business initiatives, and ongoing customer programs.
  • Monitor quality performance metrics, investigate issues, assist with root cause analysis, and support corrective action implementation.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Sales, and other departments to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure effective communication and project execution.
  • Provide ongoing project support by tracking deliverables, maintaining records, and communicating status updates.
  • Support customer visits, plant visits, and business review meetings as needed.
  • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Education And Experience
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in project coordination, customer service, sales support, or a related role. Manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
  • Strong ability to understand products, processes, and operational requirements, and effectively communicate across all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to read and interpret measurements using millimeter rulers, calipers, and scales.
  • Detail‑oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
Physical Demands
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Able to move and lift-up to 25 lbs.
  • Able to reach and bend
Travel Required
  • Availability to perform domestic periodically, not to exceed 40%
