Job summary

R4 Industrial USA is seeking a Project & Supply Chain Manager in Las Vegas to own the flow of customer projects and orders from intake through delivery. This hands-on role requires coordinating development, production readiness, and ongoing customer communication.

You will build processes, trackers, and team structures to support rapid growth, while partnering with Planning, Purchasing, Inventory, Production, Warehouse, and Logistics to ensure on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Coordinate across multiple functions and raise risks constructively.
• 3–5 years in project management, customer operations, supply chain, order management, and/or manufacturing.
• Experience managing customer-facing projects and cross-functional timelines from intake through delivery.
• Strong organization, follow-through, judgment, and communication skills in a fast-moving environment.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP experience is highly preferred.
• Comfort in a growing, hands-on environment where processes are still being built.

Responsibilities

• Own new project intake and lead internal kickoffs with clear scope, timing, and deliverables.
• Build and manage timelines from development through delivery.
• Coordinate samples, artwork, specs, approvals, and assets; keep information organized.
• Serve as the main day-to-day contact for customer follow-up, status updates, and timing changes.
• Manage the handoff from development into execution, confirming requirements are complete and ready to move forward.
• Track actions and due dates, keep teams aligned, and protect commitments across functions.
• Manage repeat orders from receipt through delivery, confirming order details and shipping requirements.
• Coordinate the order handoff to Planning with complete scheduling data.
• Work with Planning, Purchasing, Inventory, Production, Warehouse, and Logistics for visibility to material readiness and status.
• Share confirmed schedules with customers and manage follow-up through delivery date.
• Raise late-order, material, inventory, or capacity risks early and coordinate recovery plans as needed.
• Act as the connector across Commercial, Planning, Purchasing, Production, Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, Logistics, and customer teams.
• Identify project and supply risks early and elevate issues needing support or decisions.
• Lead clear status reviews highlighting progress, milestones, late actions, and decisions required.
• Build strong working relationships and create communication rhythms to move projects and orders.

As a new role in a growing business, this person will also help build the tools, routines, and team structure needed to support future growth.

Essential Functions

Project Management

• Own new project intake and lead internal kickoffs, making sure the scope, timing, deliverables, and responsibilities are clear.
• Build and manage project timelines from development through approval, production, and delivery.
• Coordinate samples, artwork, specifications, approvals, and other project assets, keeping information organized and up to date.
• Serve as the main day‑to‑day contact for customer follow‑up, status updates, open questions, and timing changes.
• Manage the handoff from development into execution, confirming requirements are complete and the project is ready to move forward.
• Track actions and due dates, keep teams aligned, and make sure commitments do not get lost between functions.

Supply Chain & Order Management

• Manage repeat orders from receipt through delivery, confirming order details, quantities, requested dates, and shipping requirements are accurate.
• Coordinate the order handoff to Planning and ensure the information needed for scheduling is complete.
• Work with Planning, Purchasing, Inventory, Production, Warehouse, and Logistics to maintain visibility to material readiness, production status, shortages, and shipment timing.
• Share confirmed schedules with customers and manage follow‑up through the committed delivery date, including weekly open‑order reporting
• Raise late‑order, material, inventory, or capacity risks early and help coordinate recovery plans when commitments are at risk.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Act as the connector across Commercial, Planning, Purchasing, Production, Engineering, Quality, Warehouse, Logistics, and customer teams.
• Identify project and supply risks early, keep owners focused on next steps, and elevate issues when support or decisions are needed.
• Lead clear, practical status reviews that highlight progress, upcoming milestones, late actions, and decisions required.
• Build strong working relationships and create the communication rhythm needed to keep projects and orders moving.
• Help shape this new function by creating simple, scalable processes for intake, project tracking, order management, handoffs, and customer communication.
• Improve visibility through practical trackers, reporting, and tools that make priorities, risks, and commitments easy to understand.
