Shorr Packaging Corporation is seeking a Project Manager - Supply Chain to lead cross-functional projects from initiation through completion. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 3+ years of project management experience in a corporate supply chain or warehouse operations.
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects from initiation through completion.
  • PMP certification and Lean Six Sigma preferred but not required.
  • Experience using AI-powered business tools preferred.

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
  • Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful execution.

Job description

The Project Manager - Supply Chain is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing projects that support organizational objectives and strategic initiatives. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with defined scope and quality standards. The Project Manager collaborates with cross-functional teams, vendors, stakeholders, and leadership to drive successful project outcomes while promoting continuous improvement and project management best practices.

Responsibilities

Stakeholder Communication & Reporting
  • Lead project meetings and facilitate productive discussions among project team members.
