Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or five years equivalent experience in refinery operations.
  • Knowledge of Bluebeam Revu and Microsoft Visio is essential.
  • Ability to read P&IDs and other schematics.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage decontamination projects in refinery processes.
  • Supervise field staff and ensure compliance with project scope.
  • Conduct planning reviews and onsite project management.
  • Schedule and Job status update.
  • Lead JSA and Toolbox meetings.
  • Lead Execution on Multiple Units.
  • Support mechanical equipment installation to include removal as needed.
  • Support PM on Time sheets for all personnel on job as needed.
  • Post Job Report write up (Team Effort).
  • Support Project Specialist and Field Operators in execution.
  • Manage Travel Request Team excluding Project Manager.
  • Assists with various other job site functions as instructed.
  • Performs other duties assigned.

Job Description
Job Summary

Manages multiple decontamination projects using Zyme-Flow in refinery process units and other industrial settings. Supervises field staff to ensure compliance with project, scope, and is primary point of contact for client relationships.

Physical Requirements
  • Individuals may need to sit or stand as needed. May require walking primarily on a level surface for periodic periods throughout the day. Reaching above shoulder heights, below the waist or lifting as required to place pumps into position in barrels. Proper lifting techniques required. May include lifting to 50 lbs. overhead with both hands during pump placement.
  • Work is generally performed in oil/chemical refinery or pipelines and tank terminals.
  • The physical requirements described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may have to repeatedly stand, stoop, speak, listen, and use hands to seize, grip, hold, reach, turn, lift, or carry objects 25 lbs. or more, and use equipment requiring high dexterity.
  • Frequent exposure to dust (chemical and environmental), fumes (chemical and fluids), exhausts and highly pressurized fluids. (Respiratory protective equipment will be provided when required).
  • Occasional work under extreme climate conditions (excessive high heat index of 95+degree Fahrenheit, 98% humidity; and sub-zero weather conditions) relative to geographic location.
  • The noise level in the work environment is often in excess of 85dBa.
