Job summary

ZymeFlow is looking for a Project Specialist to ensure safe and timely execution of projects, leading a team of field operators in the refinery sector. The role requires a minimum of six years of relevant experience and strong problem-solving skills.

You will manage various responsibilities including the planning process and continuous improvement of team members. Ideal candidates will have knowledge in Bluebeam Revu, Microsoft Visio, and the ability to read schematics.

This position is based in the United States, specifically Minnesota, offering a challenging and rewarding environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of six (6) years equivalent experience in refinery unit decontamination.
• Understanding and able to read P&IDs and other Schematics.
• Understanding and reading Schedules (P-6 and MS Project).

Responsibilities

• Drive/lead a team of Field Operators for project execution.
• Manage unit execution and drive excellence.
• Ensure all decontamination equipment is staged and ready.
