Project Supervisor

Rate of pay: $20.00/hr (100% Travel Required)

Project Supervisorsare responsible for project set up, managing customer deliverables andteam member expectations and general supervision. Ongoing training with team to maintainconsistent work and communication with customers and employees. Project Supervisors travelto the manufacturing plants, where the parts are being made or the warehouses where the partsare being stored to supervise our teams of quality inspectors.

Project Supervisors create an atmosphere where the individual is recognized and foster anenvironment for employee growth. Project Supervisors work together with their teams andcustomers to solve problems.

Essential Job Function

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Maintain rigorous compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and project specifications across all designated sites.
• Create detailed work instructions and conduct training sessions for team leaders and inspectors on project procedures.
• Establish and nurture robust customer relationships, acting as the main point of contact.
• Complete all required training programs and courses.
• Adhere to company policies and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven capacity to demonstrate exceptional flexibility and adaptability in fast-paced work environments.
• Demonstrates a proactive and self-driven approach to task completion with a positive attitude.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Experience in business-to-business (B2B) customer relations.

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license.
• Availability to travel to customer facilities on short notice if needed.
• The candidate must be able to cover 1st Shift and 2nd Shift.
• The candidate must be able to travel regularly to neighboring cities and towns near Chattanooga, Tennessee. Travel expenses, including mileage, will be reimbursed in accordance with Company policy.
