Base pay range

$50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

The 81qd account team focuses on delivering best-in class client service and is looking for a self-motivated individual with outstanding organizational and people management skills, but also an interest in and understanding of web-based platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Overall:

• Comprehensively manage logistics of all QD client deliverables utilizing project management best practices.
• Become an expert in QD products and workflow
• Own project timeline development using established templates
• Liaise with BT, S&I, and other MKG teams to facilitate project planning and implementation
• Evangelize agency process/policy with and help enforce standard operating procedures
• Make recommendations to ensure adequate planning and resource allocation
• Own daily hotsheet activities.
• Manage concise hitlist of immediate action items for each project for current day
• Provide effective moderation by keeping MTG focused on current action items
• Provide leadership by flagging project risks & cataloging necessary follow-up discussions to address
• Own weekly status activities:
• Provide detailed status of each project for internal and/or client status meetings
• Highlight project/program risks and critical dependencies
• Maintain project records in financial platform.
• Set-up new projects in NetSuite including budgets
• Set-up non-billable projects to support internal initiatives when needed
• Update project info/budgets as needed
• Monitor project actuals
• Product operations.
• User set-up for various platforms and communication of access information to new users
• Day-to-day contact for users and answering of user requests regarding access to various 81qd platforms
• Support product owners in development of user guides

Job Requirements

• Candidate must hold a 4-year Bachelor’s Degree and have 1-2 years of experience working in project management, preferably in a technology field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Team player
• Be pro-active and can work independently
• Obsessed with details and thirst for knowledge
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
