Teiken Global Ltd. is seeking a Superintendent with proven water and wastewater treatment plant construction experience to lead WWTP projects in Colorado. You will autonomously run treatment-plant builds in the $5–$30M range as the division expands, ensuring schedule, quality, and safety on site.

The role offers a base salary of $130,000–$160,000 with ~10% bonus, plus a company truck and full benefits. Must be Colorado-based or willing to be, with statewide travel limited to in-state.

Are you a Superintendent with genuine water and wastewater treatment plant construction experience, looking to lead WWTP builds for a fast-growing heavy civil contractor that has significant backlog in its Water Division?

Do you want to be the go-to Superintendent autonomously running treatment-plant projects in the $5–30M range as you see fit, with a clear run to grow as the division expands?

This is a well-established heavy civil general contractor in Colorado whose water and wastewater treatment side is expanding fast — backlog has grown significantly over the last two years, and water is set to become the majority of what they build. They’ve got a deep bench on the roadway and bridge side, but they’re specifically short of real water and treatment-plant leadership in the field. You’d lead treatment-plant construction at project-superintendent level on live CMAR and alternative-delivery water jobs, owning schedule, quality, and safety and making the project succeed on the ground, while helping develop the superintendents around you as the water group scales.

Candidate Background, Skills, and Experience

• Must have genuine water and wastewater treatment plant construction experience as a Superintendent
• Must be able to lead treatment-plant construction in the field, holding subcontractors and crews to schedule, quality, and safety
• CMAR / alternative delivery water experience desirable but not essential
• Comfortable running projects across a range of sizes ($5–30M), not only large programs
• Able to mentor and develop superintendents beneath you as the water division grows
• Strong leadership, communication, and a team-first attitude
• Colorado-based or willing to be — statewide work, but no out-of-state travel
