Job summary

Teiken Global Ltd. is seeking a Superintendent with proven water and wastewater treatment plant construction experience to lead WWTP projects in Colorado. You will autonomously run treatment-plant builds in the $5–$30M range as the division expands, ensuring schedule, quality, and safety on site.

The role offers a base salary of $130,000–$160,000 with ~10% bonus, plus a company truck and full benefits. Must be Colorado-based or willing to be, with statewide travel limited to in-state.

Qualifications

• Must have genuine water and wastewater treatment plant construction experience as a Superintendent.
• Must be able to lead treatment-plant construction in the field, holding subcontractors and crews to schedule, quality, and safety.
• Strong leadership and communication skills with a team-first attitude.

Responsibilities

• Lead treatment-plant construction on live WWTP projects, owning schedule, quality, and safety.
• Mentor and develop superintendents as the water division scales.
• Manage projects in the $5–30M range and ensure successful on-site execution.
