Job summary

NRPGroup, Inc. is seeking a Project Superintendent to coordinate and supervise on-site residential construction activities in accordance with project documents, safety plans, and scheduling commitments.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and leadership to manage subcontractors, suppliers, and municipal interactions while maintaining quality and adherence to codes and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise all on-site activities for residential construction per project documents.
• Prepare project updates, documentation, and related administrative duties.
• Ensure safety protocols are followed and that work complies with contract documents and codes.
• Represent the company with subcontractors, consultants, owners, vendors, and municipalities as required.
• Assist management with permits and coordinating with municipalities and utility providers.
