Southeast Business Manager - Civil Construction Staffing Expert at Hays

I am currently working with 2 established Civil construction companies that are immediately looking to hire experienced Superintendents in the greater Tampa, FL area with all local work. An ideal candidate would have strong experience managing self-perform crews (Earthwork / Pipe) and subcontractors on private/public projects.

• 3-6+ years of relatable civil superintendent experience
• Majority of experience on either full-service site development / infrastructure projects
• Experience on private / public projects
• Experience managing self-perform crews and subcontractors
• Skilled in earthwork, grading, and underground utilities
