Job summary

Catamount Constructors is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead contract interpretation, procurement, and scheduling across diverse markets. You will coordinate with owners, architects, and subcontractors to keep projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, preferably within the Construction Sciences, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience preferably with a general contractor
• Procore experience or ability to learn Procore

Responsibilities

• Maintain a strong understanding of the contract from project onset
• Document project updates and manage logs; track changes as needed
• Use negotiation skills to plan purchases and decisions during buyout
• Support the Superintendent to maintain the project schedule and post the monthly schedule
• Build relationships with project owners and act on their needs with urgency
• Facilitate Owner, Architect, and Contractor meetings; prepare agenda and minutes
• Submit owner pay applications correctly and timely
• Review subcontractor invoices and change orders; process changes as necessary
• Ensure conformity with contract documents and address underperformance if it arises
