H. T. Prof Executive Search is helping an established heavy civil contractor hire a Project Superintendent for a design-build bridge and highway project north of Tampa Bay. The role is full-time onsite in the North Tampa Bay/Hernando County area.

You will lead field operations, coordinate foremen and subcontractors, manage production, safety, schedule and budget with FDOT interaction, across a sizable FDOT project. Local candidates or those willing to relocate are welcome.

Qualificações

• 5+ to 7+ years of bridge experience on heavy highway and bridge construction.
• Superintendent experience running a bridge or interchange project.
• Working knowledge of FDOT contracts, specs and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Run daily field operations on bridge and highway work.
• Schedule foremen, crews and subcontractors.
• Set production goals and hold crews to them.
• Plan the work with the project manager and engineers.
• Own jobsite safety and act as the OSHA competent person.
• Work with FDOT inspectors and the owner's team.

An established heavy civil contractor is hiring a Project Superintendent for a design build highway and bridge job north of Tampa Bay. This is a strong opportunity for a Bridge Superintendent, Structures Superintendent or Project Superintendent who wants to run the field on a sizable job for a stable employer. You'll run foremen and subcontractors, set production and own safety, schedule and budget in the field, much of it FDOT work. Tampa Bay and Central Florida locals are great, and candidates ready to relocate are welcome.
