Crescent Electric Supply Company is seeking a Project Specialist to manage project files from initiation through close. You will set up files, track POs, invoices, and spec sheets, and ensure timely vendor shipments and customer satisfaction.

The role emphasizes customer-facing communication, organization, and attention to detail to support on-time project delivery and strong vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience working with customers (preferably contractors/vendors) and Eclipse systems.
• Detailed orientation with strong organizational skills and communication abilities.
• High school diploma or GED; college degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up each job file per established standards and file documentation accordingly.
• Keep active job files current with purchase orders, change orders, specs and invoices.
• Release project for shipment with vendors after customer release is received and expediting as needed.
• Build strong relationships with customers and vendors to provide excellent service.
• Coordinate documentation and communications to maintain timelines.
