The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, pass background checks, and coordinate materials and purchasing for multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in an industry related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Familiarity with Inventory tracking systems and hardware.
• Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
• Ability to read and comprehend various written and data driven correspondence including production reports and work orders.
• Basic computer operating and data entry skills.
• Experience with basic computer software systems including databases and internet.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains and updates project documentation.
• Performs various program tasks as assigned by project leadership.
• Maintains complete project files (physical and electronic).
• Acts as backup to other project personnel as directed.
• Responsible for material purchasing process including issuing POs and tracking purchases.
• Orders and coordinates project supplies to arrive on time and at the correct location.
• Receives new material shipments and verifies order content.
• Develops and creates reporting for Min/Max levels, material demand, forecast and budgets.
• Manages inventory for specific jobs by coordinating with Supervisors and staging materials.
• Communicates inventory needs to the Supply Chain Manager.
• Aids in holding employees and subcontractors accountable for inventory documentation.
• Maintains location inventory lists and tracks changes using scanners or software.
• Other duties as assigned.
