Job summary

E2 Consulting Engineers, LP in California is seeking a Project Specialist to support the Project Manager and project staff, helping move projects into construction on budget and on time. You will help maintain complete and accurate documentation for assigned projects as well.

Responsibilities include tracking designs, materials and permits; assisting with meetings; maintaining project logs; supporting budget, cost tracking and invoicing; and traveling to job sites around Southern California as

Qualifications

Willing to travel to Southern California job sites.
Ability to balance multiple priorities.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred.
Gas/utilities/pipeline experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist with tracking and expediting designs, materials and permits to help ensure construction on schedule.
Assist with project meetings, drafting agendas, recording minutes and tracking action items.
Apply knowledge to resolve problems and develop sound recommendations.
Maintain project logs and records and monitor design efforts of the project team.
Support PM with daily tasks, presentations and project documentation; assist with budget, cost tracking and invoicing.
