Related California is seeking a skilled construction manager to participate in trade procurement, manage contract documents, and maintain construction project records on active developments in California.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in engineering/architecture/construction management, strong leadership and communication, with experience in scheduling, RFIs, submittals, and closeout. The company offers a competitive base salary and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities

• Participate in trade procurement and management.
• Maintain understanding of contract documents and subcontracts.
• Maintain and update all construction project documents and drawings.
• Prepare, review and distribute RFIs and Submittals; maintain logs.
• Schedule, attend and prepare meeting minutes for job meetings.
• Develop and maintain project schedules with superintendents and PMs.
• Maintain progress and quality documentation with the superintendent.
• Ensure Beal procedures and standards are maintained.
• Review and provide feedback for monthly requisitions.
• Manage project closeout and obtain warranties for final acceptance.
