Job Title: Project Specialist

Location: Remote

Pay rate: $25-$29 per hour, on W2

Duration: 03+ Months with the possibility of extension

Summary:

This role is for a Project Specialist supporting the Consumer Pod within the Alcohol General Management team at an American company operating online food ordering and food delivery. The position involves executing marketing campaigns, improving operational efficiency, and analyzing performance data to drive short-term business growth. The ideal candidate is self-directed, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with GM team to define occasion strategy and approach

Support quick executional efforts and manage campaign execution from end to end

Write campaign retros and identify best practices for future efforts

Leverage SQL to analyze campaign performance and identify what is working well and what isn't

Qualifications:

Google Sheets / Excel - proficient. Able to create and manipulate data to report results and understand trends

Project Management - Able to prioritize an ongoing intake of projects

SQL - basic understanding. Able to manipulate and write queries to pull performance metrics

Data Analysis - Able to pull performance across individual campaigns to compile learnings and incorporate those into future work
