About the Role

We’re seeking a Project Manager with strong experience in community lending and a passion for change management to lead critical initiatives. From technology rollouts to training programs and acquisition support, you’ll be instrumental in driving success from concept to completion.

  • Lead and manage medium to large-scale projects within community lending operations.
  • Collaborate with leadership to define project strategies, timelines, communication plans, and success metrics.
  • Oversee project tracking, stakeholder communication, and risk management.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact during acquisitions, coordinating procedural changes and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Manage tech-based projects (SharePoint, ClickUp, Teams), process improvements, and leadership development initiatives.
  • Support post-launch evaluations and lessons-learned documentation for future process enhancement.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in mortgage and project management.
  • Proven expertise in mergers & acquisitions, change management, and project lifecycles.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint, ClickUp, Teams, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement, cross-functional leadership, and delivering results under tight deadlines.
  • Budgeting and forecasting experience a strong plus.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and SDLC practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and influence senior leadership.
  • Experience supporting learning & development and operations training initiatives is highly desirable.
