Job summary

Heat and Control, Inc. is seeking a seasoned project manager to lead customer-focused solutions from pre-sale through transfer of ownership.

You will collaborate with customers and internal teams across planning, risk management, and execution, driving site plans and KPI tracking. The role requires 15+ years in manufacturing/industrial environments, 5+ years in supervision, and strong skills in customer service, communication, and software tools like MS Project, CRM, AutoCAD, and SAP ERP.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in manufacturing/industrial roles
• 5+ years supervisory experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proficient with MS Office, MS Project, CRM, AutoCAD
• SAP experience or ERP equivalent; ability to travel 50–75%

Responsibilities

• Oversee pre-sale to ownership transfer with customers
• Define site scope with stakeholders and ensure technical feasibility
• Co-manage risk and budget objectives
• Support PMs by coordinating resources and subcontractors
• Develop site plans, execution plans, and process maps
• Track performance and produce regular site reports
