You will mentor a high‑performing team, partner with Sales to define scope, budget, and proposals, and drive growth while ensuring projects stay on time and within budget.

The role emphasizes technical leadership across electro‑mechanical systems, vendor and process knowledge, and strong customer communication.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a solutions team and managing multi‑discipline projects.
• Ability to understand electro‑mechanical automation systems.
• Strong customer management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to the Solutions team with daily presence and weekly updates, assign projects, and provide feedback.
• Provide sales support to Solutions business and assist in building full scope of work proposals.
• Manage Solutions activities: assign, track status, and communicate weekly with sales and customers.
• Oversee system design assignments and daily feedback to the design team across mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and software domains.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Applied Controls product lines and industry safety requirements.
• Build and maintain strong relations with Solutions Group customers and provide high level customer service.
