Los Alamos National Laboratory is seeking a Deputy Project Services Manager to provide leadership for the Construction Projects Execution team. The role supports some of the Laboratory's most complex construction and infrastructure projects, ensuring safety, quality, and compliance across all activities.

As acting deputy and in the absence of the Project Services Manager, you will maintain leadership continuity, mentor staff, and drive continuous improvement in project delivery while aligning

• Demonstrated experience leading construction teams on complex projects.
• Experience implementing quality management systems and ensuring compliance with specs, codes, and standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the deputy to the Project Services Manager and provide day-to-day operational leadership across Project Services functions.
• Champion a strong construction quality culture emphasizing safety, quality, compliance, and excellence.
• Lead construction field engineering, inspections, testing, quality management, estimating, planning, and project support activities.
