Job summary

Longenecker & Associates (L&A), a Geosyntec Company, seeks a Deputy Program Manager to lead complex projects at Los Alamos National Laboratory in Los Alamos, NM. You will oversee proposal development, planning, budgeting, and execution while coordinating with multiple internal teams and DOE stakeholders.

The role requires 10+ years of PM experience, DOE-related work, and the ability to manage a business portfolio. A PMP certification is preferred and U.S.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of program and project management experience.
• DOE contracting experience and security clearance knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to lead cross-functional teams and manage portfolios.
• U.S. citizenship required for security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Manages projects from proposal development through execution and closeout.
• Establishes relationships with stakeholders and clients.
• Oversees planning, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Implements process improvements and reporting.
• Coordinates with Recruiting, HR, Contracts, Accounting, and Security.
• Interfaces with LANL leadership and DOE stakeholders.
