Formación

• Valid Ohio Intervention Specialist License.
• Strong instructional, organizational, and classroom management skills.
• Ability to differentiate instruction and support students with diverse learning and behavioral needs.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem‑solving skills.
• Willingness to participate in onsite training provided by Licking Memorial Health Systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide engaging, individualized instruction focused on employability skills, workplace readiness, communication, problem‑solving, and independent living.
• Coordinate and support student internship experiences within the host business.
• Collaborate closely with job coaches, business partners, families, school districts, and other transition professionals.
• Develop and implement individualized instructional strategies aligned with students’ IEP goals and transition plans.
• Monitor student progress, collect and analyze performance data, and adjust instruction to support individual growth.
• Promote student independence, self‑advocacy, and professional workplace behaviors.
• Foster positive relationships with internship supervisors and community partners to support meaningful employment outcomes.
• Support students in identifying their strengths, interests, and career goals.
