Responsibilities

• Assist in supervising the daily operation of the Project SCOPE program district-wide
• Help recruit and evaluate human resources to operate the program
• Assist in scheduling substitutes for staff
• Participate in staff training and professional growth
• Develop staff development activities
• Collaborate with District staff
• Maintain accurate records, databases, and performance measures
• Maintain files of confidential information
• Audit payments for each elementary site
• Visit and monitor Project SCOPE sites
• Communicate with parents regarding payments and issues
• Distribute and transmit correspondence and materials
• Stay informed about best practices for elementary students and Project SCOPE
• Support district mission and community partnerships
• Other duties as assigned
