Job summary

Sunbelt Solomon, a leading provider of electrical power solutions, seeks a Scheduling Clerk for our Spokane Valley office. You will organize, implement and maintain scheduling systems, log information, and produce reports to support contract coordination and project planning.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, 1–2 years in scheduling, strong MS Office skills and solid communication. This is a full-time, non-exempt clerical role with standard business hours.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • A degree in a business related field preferred.
  • 1-2 years' experience in scheduling and planning in a manufacturing environment required.
  • Basic MS Office applications, with emphasis on spreadsheet analysis required.
  • Scheduling software experience preferred.
  • Proven track record in safety excellence is required.
  • Adheres to all safety and environmental compliance regulations set by the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Organize, implement and maintain scheduling management system supporting identified projects and their plans.
  • Log all information into database and provide scheduled reports for contract coordination and reporting purposes.
  • Interact with customer and project staff to schedule work and coordinate assignments.
  • Interact with project team to define scope of work; develop and update detailed schedules; cost information and identification of variances from original plan.
