Job summary

Cinterra is seeking a Mid-Level Project Scheduler to support planning, scheduling, and execution of utility-scale solar and renewable energy projects across the United States. You will develop, maintain, and analyze schedules to help PMs, field ops, and leadership track progress, risks, and opportunities.

Ideal candidates have 3–7 years in project scheduling within construction or energy, strong Primavera P6 skills, and solid CPM understanding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in CM/Engineering/PM or related field.
• 3–7 years scheduling experience in construction, energy, EPC environments.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 and CPM scheduling.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications and contracts.
• Excellent analytical and collaboration skills; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules for utility-scale solar and renewables.
• Create baseline, resource-loaded, and progress schedules.
• Coordinate with PMs, Superintendents, and subcontractors on schedule needs.
• Update schedules and analyze progress vs baselines; identify critical paths.
• Assist with schedule narratives, variance reports, and KPIs.
• Support forecasting, EVMS, and executive reporting.
• Develop schedule recovery and mitigation plans for delays.
• Generate look-ahead schedules and support field planning.
• Collaborate with controls to integrate cost and schedule performance.
