Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy seeks a qualified scheduler to support project managers with the development and maintenance of monthly and quarterly schedules for solar EPC projects. You will create weekly updates, look-ahead schedules, and critical path analyses, coordinating with estimating and PM teams to ensure timely data delivery.

Responsibilities include attending owner meetings, producing various progress reports, and applying PRE's scheduling controls.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent work experience in construction management, engineering, accounting/finance or project management.
• 2+ years of scheduling experience from a Solar EPC.
• Scheduling tools (P6 preferred) and MS Project; proficiency in Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist project managers and project controls in developing monthly and quarterly scheduling reports.
• Create and update schedules: weekly updates, look-ahead, and narratives.
• Coordinate with Estimating and PM teams to align schedule requirements.
• Attend owner meetings and support special reports for senior management.
• Implement PRE’s schedule controls processes and procedures.
