Job summary

Summit Line Construction is seeking a skilled Project Scheduler to develop, maintain, and update detailed Primavera P6 CPM schedules for high-voltage projects across the western region. The role requires close collaboration with management, PMs, field supervision, and procurement to ensure milestones are met on time and within budget.

The candidate will break down schedules into 3-week look-ahead plans, establish baselines, perform TIAs, and produce insightful reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent construction scheduling experience.
• Minimum of 3 years scheduling experience.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Knowledge of CPM, total float, and critical path identification.
• Experience establishing schedule baselines and performing TIAs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed Primavera P6 CPM schedules.
• Collaborate with management, PMs, field supervision, and procurement.
• Break down master schedule into 3-week look-ahead schedules.
• Establish schedule baseline with the project manager.
• Perform schedule QA/QC and health analysis per standards.
• Prepare TIAs for change orders and weather events.
• Track baseline schedules weekly and report variances.
• Generate reports on timelines, resources, and risks.
• Coordinate with material procurement to prevent delays.
