Job summary

Summit Line Construction is seeking a Project Scheduler to develop, maintain, and update Primavera P6 CPM schedules for high-voltage transmission, distribution, and substation projects.

You will collaborate with management, project managers, field supervision, and procurement to ensure milestones are met on time and within budget, while maintaining schedule baselines and providing regular updates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or equivalent in scheduling or construction field.
• Minimum of 3 years of project scheduling experience.
• Proficiency with CPM, critical path, baseline development and schedule updates.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update Primavera P6 schedules and baselines.
• Break down master schedules into 3-week look-ahead schedules and coordinate with crews.
• Track baselines and update weekly; report progress and issues.
• Perform schedule QA/QC and health analyses per standards.
• Generate reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
