Job summary

Hydrogen Group is seeking a Project Scheduler/Planner in Florida for a 12‑month W2 contract in its Engineering and Construction division. The role focuses on developing and maintaining project schedules for energy projects, with onsite preference and remote consideration based on candidate fit.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor's in a related field and 3+ years scheduling experience (or 4+ years PM experience). Proficiency in Primavera P6 is preferred or the ability to learn quickly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Business Management or a related field.
• 3+ years of scheduling experience preferred; 4+ years in Project Management will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and update project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Prepare monthly reports for construction projects comparing baseline and progress schedules.
• Gather scope, logistics and constraints for inclusion in plans and schedules.
• Lead Schedule Review Meetings and coordinate multidisciplinary meetings.
• Report project status and variances to management clearly and concisely.
• Review and validate information from external sources.
• Perform ad-hoc analyses as needed.
